These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at murgg.com and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the "Service") provided by ZaneEnterprise LLC (doing business as "Murgg") ("Murgg," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. What Murgg Is

Murgg is a customizable link hub that allows users to create a profile page and organize links to their websites, social profiles, and other online content behind a single URL.

The Service is currently offered free of charge, but we may introduce paid features or plans in the future.

2. Eligibility

You may use Murgg only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and
  • You have the legal power to enter into a binding contract with us.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and may change eligibility criteria at any time.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account using:

  • An email address, or
  • Supported third-party logins (e.g., Apple or Google, or others we support from time to time).

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
  • All activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly at admin@murgg.com.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

4. Your Murgg Page and Content

4.1 Your Content

"Your Content" means any information, text, images, URLs, logos, usernames, or other material you submit, upload, or display on or through the Service, including content you link to via Murgg.

You retain ownership of Your Content, but by using the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you add to your Murgg page; and
  • Any links you include (where they go, what they display, and what they do).

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights necessary to use and share Your Content; and
  • Your Content and your use of the Service do not:
    • Infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
    • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
    • Defame, harass, threaten, or abuse any person;
    • Involve fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices;
    • Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or
    • Promote hate, violence, or illegal activities.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict any page, link, or content we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4.3 Reporting Content

The Service may include a report feature that allows users to flag pages they believe violate these Terms.

We may use these reports as a signal to review content, but:

  • We are not obligated to remove any content solely because it has been reported; and
  • We make the final decision about whether content violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Violate any law or regulation;
  2. Post or link to:
    • Illegal content, including child exploitation, explicit non-consensual content, or instructions for illegal activity;
    • Content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening;
    • Hate speech or content that incites violence;
  3. Run scams, phishing campaigns, or deceptive schemes (including fake giveaways or impersonating others);
  4. Distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code;
  5. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
  6. Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as allowed by standard web browsers;
  7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or our systems; or
  8. Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Service.

We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement where we believe unlawful activity may have occurred.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Murgg is effectively a link hub, so:

  • Your page may link out to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not own or control.
  • We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

When you click a link on a Murgg page, you are leaving our Service. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: murgg.com/privacy

Those documents explain:

  • What personal information we collect (e.g., email, login data);
  • How we handle analytics and link click tracking; and
  • Your rights and choices under applicable privacy laws.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies.

8. Third-Party Logins (Apple and Google)

If you register or log in using a third-party account such as Apple or Google:

  • We receive certain information from that provider (such as your name and email), as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple or Google account as well.

We do not control how Apple or Google handle your data. Review their terms and privacy policies for details.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We are constantly improving Murgg and may:

  • Add, change, or remove features;
  • Modify or discontinue parts of the Service; or
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

We may do this at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be available at all times;
  • That it will be error-free; or
  • That your profile or links will always be accessible.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any important content or data.

10. Fees and Future Paid Features

The Service is currently offered free of charge.

We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or plans in the future. If we do:

  • We will describe the pricing and payment terms separately; and
  • Continued use of those paid features will require your agreement to any new or updated terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content, all content and materials on the Service—including the Murgg name, logos, design, and underlying software—are owned by or licensed to ZaneEnterprise LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law; or
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

12. Termination

We may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • We are required to do so by law; or
  • We discontinue the Service.

You may also delete your account or stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Service will stop immediately;
  • We may delete or disable your Murgg page and associated data, subject to any retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

Some provisions of these Terms by their nature will survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

13. Disclaimers

You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
  • Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • Any warranty that third-party content or links will be safe, accurate, or reliable.

We do not guarantee that using a Murgg page will drive traffic, sales, followers, or any particular outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ZaneEnterprise LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
  • Business interruption or loss of opportunities;
  • Claims arising from third-party sites or services you link to using Murgg.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZaneEnterprise LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your Content or your Murgg page;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a different governing law or forum, these provisions will apply to the fullest extent permitted by that jurisdiction's law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top; and
  • We may provide additional notice (e.g., via the Service or email) where required by law.

If you continue using the Service after updated Terms become effective, you are agreeing to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your account.
